Doesn't Siri / Alexa do the same thing these days? (Genuine question, as I have neither, but assume evryone else does)
I'm not sure how Siri will feel about my rather eclectic taste in music, she can be a bit of a contrary cow on occasions, but I'll ask and see how good her knowledge is.
I bought a pair of pizzas from Dominos yesterday via their app to get the GSF level "discount" of 40% and that has shut up the M&S ads on Youtube so now I get repeatedly told about the Dominos offers instead..
i don’t know. But if I’m listening through Alexa would I be able to ask it what’s being played? with Shazam I take a screenshot of the outcome so I don’t forget 3 seconds later
I would imagine so, although I’m too paranoid to have a listening device in the house, so can’t confirm.
I tried to get it on the cheap, as wanted YouTube Premium but didn’t want to pay the £17? monthly, a few guys I work with set theirs up through Turkey whilst using a VPN and a monzo\Starling bank account, as Youtube use geographical pricing, so makes sense to try and subscribe from a cheap region However, fast forward to me trying to set it up, akin to a cheapskate international hacker using a Free VPN, I cleared cookies/history etc etc, yet YouTube we’re on to me! and seemed to know what I was upto and would always display the price in £, tried several different VPN services, without success, but eventually gave up! So now just endure the endless ads from self promoting snake oil ‘Gurus’ trying to sell me forex/property courses, mainly from Greg Secker - the horrible smug barista!
