Would it be wrong to give new drivers an IQ test before giving them a provisional licence?

    Oh, silly old me, :) I originally thought East Grinstead, then I recalled that they had a good hockey club and figured that's maybe not the sort of place Chelsea fans would be made welcome, I cast my mind back and was almost certain Croydon and Barry Haynes had been mentioned in the same sentence on the forum before. I shall try and disassociate the two of you in my mind :)

    Ps I'm glad I don't have to go to Croydon to run you over, it sounds a bit rough. I think east grinstead will suit me better.
