have all receipts from previous owner of the bug and just add mine to it.
bus receipts are separate and will never be added up either.

  16. I started carefully recording all of the purchases / work done, but decided it was pointless, although I can't help adding it up in my head sometimes! I've spent money on things that I want (proper fridge, propex, woodrim steering wheel, decent paint job, nice interior) as well as things that I had to get done (mechanical work to make it roadworthy, some welding, new seals all round, new poptop canvas, rewire ..............) and consumables that have yet to give any value (new tyres, clutch and brakes). It adds up to a lot (more than it will be 'worth'), but I hope that starting with a van in good condition will allow me to use it regularly with decent reliability and reasonable ongoing running costs. That's my justification anyway :)

    $20(12.5 £) for sandpaper

    (3£) for rear seat

  20. We dont add up what we have spent on the house or the tropical garden for that matter, why would we start adding up what we have spent on Bunbury!
