Belvedere Maritimo. Calabria Italy. We love it there and have friends and family nearby.

We'd happily settle for somewhere in Derbyshire, couple of village pubs but we'd love to move to Greece, maybe Corfu or Kos :D

We've been to Finland a few times, and I quite fancy somewhere in scandinavia I think.
Although it does get rather chilly - my old man made the mistake of taking his glove off to film me snowboarding at -25 and spent the best part of an hour warming it up inside a Kota.

living in a wattle and daub round house would suit me perfect
My wife and girls would not agree

  10. The fins are hardcore for sure

Most of the world hate winter
The fins love it as thats when they are able to shine

You're right there. I've picked up a couple over the years! Lovely blades.

Winter over there feels very different to a UK winter I think. For me a British winter is damp, over there the snow transforms the landscape.

  12. One picture and a few words speak a thousand volumes about a person
Im looking forward to meeting you

The blade on the right doesent have a zero grind so isnt true sami
The steel will be razor sharp once honed though

The one on the left looks like it was used to harvest birch sap?

Is zero grind where the edge doesn't have that additional bevel on it? They're both pretty sharp but I keep meaning to getting some decent sharpening tools. Are Japanese water stones the way to go?

The left one gets used a lot as I really like it so yes it's probably been used on birch at some point! That one has antler in the handle.

  15. The fins are very boring for sure
They also make some very fine knives to top themselves with
Most of the world hate winter and rightly so
The fins love it as thats when they are able to get blind drunk, fall into a frozen lake and drown

    I think you'll find that's ALL Scandinavians. :)

  17. Im getting worried about your negativity dude
Even donny dubber is more positive nowadays

  18. No bevel on a zero grind
Easy to sharpen when out and about with a two sided diamond hone

Japanese water stones will restore it it hair shaving sharp when your at home

Dont forget o strop the edge with compuond on leather
