Where (and when) did you last go on holiday?

Scratching head and realised I haven't ever been on holiday anywhere without the camper. Still - life's a holiday innit. ;D

 

Last month. 7 days crossing the Atlantic aboard the Queen Mary 2. Followed by 2 days in New York. Brilliant 8)

 

went ta "tossa" catalunia in september for some sunshine, came back and had more" special sunshine" with some of the tlb lot at grille n chill 8). Normally would try n have 3 longer hols away and 2 long in van ,plus weekends etc.

2010 Drove the landrover through France and Spain then crossed to Morocco , over the atles mountains and down into the Sahara desert . drove through the minefields on the Algerian border then back up the atlantic coast. Did about a thousand miles of off road driving, climbed a 300 foot sand dune at 5 in the morning to watch the sun come up and drove part of the paris dakar flat out, the best holday i,ve ever had

 

We had 2 weeks in Turkey this September.

Searched high and low for a Doner kebab, but I could only find chicken ones

 

We went to Bodrum in Turkey in October.

 

Last April, one week in mallorca

 

Barcelona for a long weekend for the management's 40th.
