    And as for that,i have had no help or advice.Just saw things for what they were and realised something.And that something was "Oh Marmite! I need to do something to get me out of the Marmite were in!"...Not sure about 'manning up' as you put it.Just survival...

    You say you had a moment of clarity Andy. If someone had told you to have that moment of clarity then what? Would you have screwed your face up in concentration and said "Righty-ho, moment of clarity acomplished, I shall never look back."?
