I do indeed. And with a cooker unit right behind that seat. It makes for tight legroom Thankfully the unit is removable for alfresco cooking.

We have 3 seats up front and a bulkhead with the units fitted to it, cooker , fridge , cupboards

If you have a walkthrough bus, i don't see much point in putting anything between the seats, it's a great commodity to be able to walk from the drivers seat to the living area without going out and exposing yourself to the weather or mud, but it comes at a high price regarding storage space. This is why i have decided, after long consideration, not to cut that wall and keep it non-walkthrough, what is quite useless in this type of bus is the passenger bench seat. it looks cool, but you'd soon realize you can't really fit two people there for very long, you keep hitting your next passenger in the knees with the gearstick, and unless these are kids, they'd be crammed.

However a non walkthrough with two single seats would provide some great space between the seats for all kinds of things... I'm thinking a removable box which would house a fridge and would double as a table, it could have cup holders cut into it, and you'd still be left with a lot of less accessible room underneath for either your spare tire (what that space was meant for) and / or tools and spares that you don't need very often or the heater. Not having a passage there would also allow you to extend the rear furniture along the entire width of the bus, adding quite a bit of potential space.

I have a non walk through with 2 single seats up front it does create a nice big bit of space which I've filled with my propex and gas bottle and I'll eventually get round to build some storage on top.
