Managed to walk the dogs without needing to change soaking wet clothes when i got back.

Raining again now though.

Removed all the furniture, carpet, underlay and grippers from our living room in preparation for a new carpet being fitted tomorrow. I'm currently sitting in an armchair in the kitchen while MrsNTFC and our daughter are in the conservatory with the rest of the furniture.
I'm quite happy but I'm not sure how long they can take without the telly

I've managed to p*** the wife off by telling her the engines knackered at wont be going to the car show on boxing day at the car museum.

Deffo not. Its not my money. Annoyingly they cant start on Monday and ive got more work for em than you can shake a stick at. Bloomin leccys. Summatbabout notice periods... Didnt stop two of my plumbers giving me a months notice a few days ago knowing full well they would finish for christmas, not come back and get 8 days pay for eating turkey and getting peed.

Thers another thing. Of all the trades i have why is it plumbers think they should get paid more yet have most time off on the sick?
