  1. Our Myrtle was named "Myrtle" within seconds of Linda and the girls seeing her for the first time and the name stuck. I think Myrtle is a shade of green which is handy as she is proper late bay sage green.

Here she is with a few other TLB buses at Crich Tram Museum

  6. interesting that not only is it normal to name your VW it's almost expected whereas for any other vehicle it would be considered pretty tragic.

all that said ours is most definitely Myrtle and proud.

  7. When I first bought the camper the O/H liked the name POPPY as its a Devon.

Landyn... I think we've done this before, however, there's Pigg in the number plate and I didn't like Peppa + Landyn is a derivative of "Long Hill" in old english and she ran out of fuel on a log hill when I first collected her!

  10. Ours is Nelly, because On the first long run back to Ireland where we used to live, we were cruising on the flat at 50, then up hill at 50 down at 55, up the next at 55 down at 60, without knowingly accelerating, by the time I noticed we were at 75 and lifted saying whoa there nelly, and its stuck!!
