  1. I am a working class man and would vote Labour all the time but give me a credible leader ,there is so much infighting, and I would never vote for Corbyn.

  2. I’m in the look after me club.

In my lifetime I’ve voted labour. I’ve voted Tory. I’ve voted UKIP. I vote for whoever I think will be best for me, my family and the country at the time.

They ain’t conned me cos no one can count on my vote. They gotta earn it.

I just can’t see a time when the current labour leadership could make me vote for them. I pretty much feel the same about the current Tory’s and the Lib Dem’s leave me absolutely cold. UKIP are a busted flush.

Just cos labour did some amazing things for the country a century ago doesn’t mean I’d trust this lot now. I might spoil my paper next time.

  7. Very like @rustbucket I have varied my votes over the years voting for who will give my country a better deal.
There is no way on this gods earth could I place a cross into anything that has Corbyn and his bunch of misfits into a position of power.
Having said that neither will I vote for a nest of vipers painted blue, I have decided to get my usual postal ballot write NON of you are fit to hold office and send it back, a wasted vote yes but my way of protesting about how disgusted I am with all MPs of all political parties

Easy of them to march through central London, I didn't see any of them marching through the North East, Humberside, Wales, West Midlands, East of England etc.

  10. I've reluctantly come around to this conclusion.

I had high hopes for Corbyn, but he has done just as many on here said he would - he has bottled every important vote and issue.

The Tories will implode, they always do, but at the moment Labour are not a credible opposition, so we'll end up with another fudge of coalitions, which never work.

The sad thing is, this Brexit thing has engaged us all in politics again and whether you’re remain or leave got us talking politics, but they the politicians have behaved appallingly and probably damaged any future confidence in them. In the end sadly this has done a lot of damage to all parties.

Contrary to what a lot of young people think these days, all this was done without being members of the European Union!

The problem is that while most of Britain voted to leave, most MPs voted to remain. Getting them to organise Brexit is a bit like getting a bunch of vegans to prepare the Sunday roast.

I think their plan is to fanny around until the whole thing fizzles out. They don't care what the people voted for.

I agree, but they always knew it had to go through the parliamentary procedure to succeed and they rubbed their hands and began wheeling and dealing as soon as the vote was counted.

None of them will come out of this with their credibility in tact. If it ever was. However, death threats and extreme language aimed at them has given them something to throw back at the electorate. It’s sad we have to be so extreme.

  15. Not sure what M&S cheese has to do with Waitrose perhaps you can't tell the difference, although that's part of a Sainsbury marketing slogan .... there used to be an M&S in Gibraltar I wonder if it's still there. Top retailing tip for your next trip to Lidl. If you forget to take a £1 coin for the trolley try using two 20p coins held together ... worked for me this morning

  16. One thing it’s taught us ,,, is the country can still run fine on it own without them ,whilst they bicker about doing nothing and costing the country billions . We should all not vote next election ,use the law of not fit for purpose .
