@Barry Haynes strangely enough there was a program on Radio4Extra today about pigeons today. Had another chuckle at your grandad story.

 

Remember slow worms

 

We had a slow Richard in my class, he made a mint from selling old pallets not so slow as it turned out

 

Another time he was in his local pub and was a bit skint so he went back to his house crept into the bedroom where my nan was asleep, took her clothes of the antique chair they had and took it back to the pub and sold it to a dealer, all my Nan said was “ silly old fool” how we all laughed

 

That's usually down to anal glands not worms

We used to have chipmonks which were pretty cool.
Dali had an anteater!
