So I'm in town today and I see this bloke standing about 20 yards from me looking at something through one of them eyeglass things that jewellers have when inspecting diamonds He then flicks whatever it is away, walks a few yards, bends down and picks something up and starts inspecting again By now I'm getting curious and wander over to see if I can see what he's doing but I can't tell So I ask him Excuse me but I was just wondering what you were looking at This doesn't go down well and he snaps, Why you asking, what's it got to do with you So I just say i'm intrigued and wondered that's all The bloke stares at me and say's, Moss, I'm looking at Moss It's my hobby, we all need a hobby and walks off He did look a bit trainspotterish unconventional Am I wrong to think his hobby is weird. Here's the actual moss
That is pretty strange, but then again why not? Well done for atempting to talk to him! (you've probably noticed people darn sarf don't do that, which is probably what surprised him into defense mode, where people oop north would be offended if you didn't.
I collect rust. Its usually in a pressed steel form but its a very environmentally friendly over time it returns to its original state and back into the ground. Is that stranger than moss?
You need to get out more woody. Bloody weirdo. Hasn't the Mrs told you, don't talk to the normal folk.
It's not just you. It's all you northern lot. Come down here acting like you own the place, stealing our women, eating our chips. I s**t the lot of ya! Grrr!
