  1. What do you mean by that?
As in buy the door card, cut the speaker holes, then fit the vinyl after?

  2. Purple & white or purple & cre4m?
In the region of £150-£160 dependant on style & fabric availability. Standard door cards?

  3. no just use the door cards you have- your speakers will have been added to a standard door card so may not be in the correct place & may be impeded by the inner door skin if I just put the holes anywhere-or you could send me templates made out of newspaper or lining paper & I'll copy them exactly to your spec?

  4. OK.

And if the wood is in bad condition and needs replacing (which it probably is) then I can buy the replacement cards, cut the required holes, do a template, then send it to you?

  5. Sorry I'm not being clear- you could remove the vinyl from your existing card & re-cover as all the holes are in the right place - or you could remove all the door card 'furniture' make an exact template of it & send it to me & I will upholster new cards for you but you must mark every hole that needs cutting out even the hidden clip holes & door handle holes etc- does this make sense?

  6. Ah right, even better.
Saves me trying to attach the vinyl to the wood!

I'll get round to it at some point! Cheers

  7. Ok just let me know & I'll pm my details where to send the templates

  8. What's best to do a template?

I was thinking greaseproof paper stuck together with masking tape?

Yes I've got standard door cards, would the £150-160 be for all 4 covers? Out of interest how much for the set of four with you doing them including new cards? Cheers

  10. If you are drawing round the door card you can use anything like lining paper or brown paper sellotaped together. In the past i have used lining paper drawing round the card with a bullet marker

  11. yes £150-£160 for 4 covers off the board - on the board in the region of £200

  14. Hi John @john8591
It is difficult to give you a price without knowing your exact reqirements. PM me with details of what you want e.g. full width 3 cushion R&R bed in Cre4m & blue with fluted blue panels, twin off white stitching, blue piping. 2 kick board panels in cre4m & blue with blue fluted centre strip ........ I'm sure you get the idea. What hand drive are you? What year is your van? Which seats do you have? Do you need foams for the R&R bed? How many door cards do you need? Are you going to cover your existing boards? Let me know your requirements then we can start the ball rolling. Lead times on seat & bed covers definately after Easter, Interior panels usually 1 month from date of order depening on style & fabric availability. Hope this helps
    Regards
    John
