2 questions Mr @SweeneyTodd. If I wanted simple, not too padded, 1 colour cards - pair cab, slider, rear hatch, one bulkhead and one side over rear arch (just inside sliding door), one behind that up to rear hatch (not the fuel side)...
How quickly could you turn them round after settling on colour and style?
Can they be fitted with OG clips?
    Thanks in anticipation.

  5. Thinnest scrimfoam (padding) is 3mm next is 6mm then 10mm & so on. I generally use 6mm scrim foam beneath the vinyl as this gives me a nice raised profile when sewing in flutes/stitch lines. However If you wanted plain (no fluting) single colour cards on the board with 3mm scrim foam I could turn them around in about 4 days once materials have arrived. With styling (fluting etc) probably a full 7 days. The boards are drilled to accept hidden clips if that's what you mean by OG clips. I am currently pursuing alternative plywood board production as cutting them myself is not cost effective & is open to mistakes. I have approached sjh joinery to see if they can supply me at a reasonable cost as this will impact on total cost per set of panels. I have difficulty with the 'up to rear hatch' panel as this is not standardised, I have made one for my '76 Rhd but this is secured (or will be if I ever get my bus back from restoman) with cap & screw & is only in prototype stage (i copied it from an existing homemade board but added a skirt to fit over something) as it has never been fitted. Hope this helps (obviously with multiple orders comes discount if you wanted a regular supply for instance).
    Best Regards
    John

  12. Just an aside
I thought the mods were quite strict about price, location and contact
Where are the prices on this thread?
Sure we would all like to have an idea of what things cost.
I seem to remember being hung drawn and quartered for having the audacity to list an item without a price once
This thread seems to be running for quite a while
    Just an observation

  18. I am almost at the point where I will need some rear bed cushions on my 3/4 volkswares bed (1150mm) and rear area above the engine, I am not sure yet of the sizes but, have an SJH joinery ash full length interior matched to the bed which should hopefully be going in over the October break. I will need foam including a memory foam layer on top, what would you suggest for the depth 3" or 4" I'm thinking nicer luxury 4" but, not sure. Do you do the whole package including mdf boards for the bed or don't I need boards? The bed has a mesh seat and back. Is the rear cushion a different thickness so the bed is completely flat? Finally, I like the idea of two tone fluted like the ones above but, sadly already have brand new ivory and white panels all round, pictures are linked below could you try to colour match? My other option is to just try to match to the van colours which are mango green bottom and seagull grey top? Your advice would be greatly appreciated and of course a possible price range.

From our last conversation I appreciate I will need to make templates probably but, will obviously do that as soon as the stuffs fitted, although I can do the rear area now but, not the bed as its behind the interior and I cannot get to it until I get it out to fit it.

    Thanks,
