I wont achieve any where near that with a standard engine Im hoping to achieve 30 mpg after modifications
It brings back that old saying "Thats a bit juicy" to mind. Yep filler up and roll !! 8) When i got mine i thought it might do a bit more but i know what i get now and i dont really want to go the LPG route. It does make a difference if everything is in good order and set right though, when im cruising at 60 now im hardly on the accelorator. 8)
SVDA Dizzy with electronic ignition ordered. Clearly not doing enough reading up I see it combines the benefits of the vacuum advance and centrifugal. Should pay for itself in the long run if I'm getting 3-4 miles per gallon more and I have a spare 009 with eletronic ignition if the unit packs up. Got a few trips lined up in June so I'll start working out my MPG figures.
