I bent my breaker bar undoing mine, then I took it to a local HGV garage and told them it was extremely difficult to undo and the guy just put his superior quality commercial vehicle breaker bar on it and did it one handed while chatting to me. I stood there mouth open in awe of his super strength and asked if he knew they were a constant torque of 253 ft lb and he said "that's loose for hgv mechanics!"
