Same here I lean towards the bonkers stuff, Vic n Bob, Mighty Boosh, Toast of London, but I still love Dad’s Army, It Ain’t Arf Hot Mum etc. I liked Milligan’s Q series though I wonder what I’d think of it now. Never found The Goons that funny but without them would we have had the Pythons, and then Spitting Yarns, The Rutles, Fawlty Towers?

Ripping, but yes. I have all of them. Palin is brilliant. I suppose there is no set pattern. The cliche is if it makes you laugh then it’s funny. But then we’ll end up going down the p.c woke thing which we are all aware of.
