Xenforo is the forum software. As a user it is individual threads.

Could write a PHP script that would do the whole forum but I doubt the mods would be willing to give me the required access

That answer was for my script if you are talking about the phpbb server script I think it hosts it on the server although I haven't gone through the code to check.

Yes it is just press CTRL and F4 at the same time
