For those who didn't know Bolly has gone to another family to enjoy in Essex she will be at VW down under for a bit being resto'd I'm led to believe.

ha, no i took a fair few pic's and just picked a random off my phone - once uploaded on tapa you can't delete it - well you can but it goes small....

 

Oh arse for selling? weight off my mind mate - seriously - i couldn't justify it and although i enjoyed driving it we didn't enjoy camping in it anymore, it had become uncomfortable and i was loathed to spend silly money on new beds/interior etc to still have an unefficient slow vehicle, hopefully once i get something new it will actually get used more, bolly did less than 7000 miles in my ownership that tells you everything you need to know.

 

I just looked and I have done 6125 miles since 2012 most of them this year though doing poptopkitchen

 

mine was since 2011 so much the same really it's not that i didn't want to use her, just i couldn't afford to.......

 

i done that much mileage over 3 holidays! (2,500 this year alone and its been at pauls for 7 months out of 8)

you really wasn't using it much!

problem was while i was still paying the loan off spare cash was limited, factor in a tank of fuel to go 200 miles (100 there 100 back) and your spends and i'd be skint for 2 months..... then once i paid the loan off i thought - great extra cash to use her more, but we'd moved house and the mortgage was more and my fuel bill was more so the loan money saved got spent on those..... therefore i was back at the start.
sell the bay and the daily
buy a camper/daily
save one lot of tax insurance breakdown etc etc.....
maybe i'll use it more...
if it doesn't work i'll start again.
never had much money, never will but right now it's time to roll the dice baby.
