Tesco have reduced there camping equipment Ive just picked up a four person folding picnic table and chairs for reduced to £15 from £25
Well! I went to Tescos on Sat for some pepper(2 containers for 48p per container ) and they scanned at 52 pence each ,yes they did ! erks allors thinks I , sensing a scam I asked that the floor manager attend the locus of this perceived slight/crime even>floor manager duly arrives ,heated discussion ensued along lines of "if that wot it scans at" <her "so ,you want to loose my custom do you "? <me >>>>Q rapidly building up to use till/enjoy floorshow ,determined not to be swindled I played my ace !!pointing out I was on meds for high blood pressure and if this dispute should trigger a massive fit I hope they had a Ist aid dude on shift to aid me/call an ambulance >>>96pence paid !a small victory for the common man against the multi nationals>prop reduce prices on big items cos the Ip and 2p sneaky increases here and there go largely unnoticed .(by mostly normal people admittedly )

it just so happens that I'd just decided I needed one of these for when I go away with my sister & family so I've just hot footed it round to Tesco and bought the last one on the shelf.
You should have paid the £1.04 then complained and you would have refunded double the amount so you would have only paid 88p for them ! I was shopping in Tesco when they scanned and charged me twice for a single pack of cokes, I only spotted it on the receipt as I was walking away so I went to the customer desk and they refunded me the amount for the full 2 packs and said I didn't have to pay for the one pack I did have as they have to refund double the total amount of any till errors.
Death to T###o who seem to be killing every small business around us. buying up pubs and converting them to T###o Express...
If anyone spots the blue check camping rug in their local tesco please let me know - it matches my upholstery in the van! I didn't realise they were doing it in blue, because I've only ever seen it in green before.

Agree they have basically killed of the high street as a corporation. They don't even have time to check there labelling that they make them selves.
I love it when they make mistakes like that. I'm by no means a Tesco fan but use them as a means to an end as its the nearest shop to me. Often I think they're way to expensive
