  2. Let me know what it's like on the route, I'll be leaving in about 3 hours, and I've seen a nice yellow weather warning for around here.

    Bristol to Reading was fine.
Looks like it’ll be blowier later though!

Just a quick question, why don’t you hold Techenders in Barnsley at least you’ll guarantee good weather:thumbsup:

  11. because its even further for you southerners

plus you couldn't handle the sun up here

  12. I only plan on looking at mine on the ramp.
Those planning to do proper work (like you) should take priority

Ah no no, I’m not sure I should be let loose with such toys! And it would only spoil me for all those other jobs where I need to lie under the bus in future, I would get used to it, and then lying on hard concrete on my drive way would hold even less attraction!
    But thanks

  16. Spare fitted with assistance from the police blocking the road for me.

10 years old, so I'm getting 5 new ones rather than risk any of the others going too.

and will now have to repair some temporary rain cover on the selfbuild that, of course, failed while I was in London ... Too much to do now for getting techie this weekend I'm afraid.
Will take a "rain cheque" and get wet in April instead :(

  19. wow

    glad you are Ok

  20. Have a great time y’all. Weather looks ok for Sat, all the crap seems to be clearing. My poor Ma is not well again so I’ve got my daughter-who-makes -nutritious-casseroles hat on this weekend.
But if she rallies I’m going to wave a placard on this march...
