Remember the late bay is the prototype T25 and my early air cooled devon is great, unlike them later ones with water in that leak from everywhere
vehicle advise off a gardener ,come on ,get real.... BTW my t25 needs no attention ,just keeps on going....
just out of my depth and theres like only 3 people on club 80-90 who answer any queries it is tedious. apparently the ratwell guide has quoted me wrong on pushrod length, yet they all urged me to re-read it and go by that as the book. now i have done that, its not right still.
It's a dg 1.9 and don't know the material just know they are 270mm long and 9mm diameter. Over on 8090 three people reckon that is correct for hydraulic lifters despite what ratwell says.
Have you tried the brick yard site they use to be more into the fixing of the vans http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/ I loved our t25 until white van man got involved now i am stuck with a crappy bay
