just out of my depth and theres like only 3 people on club 80-90 who answer any queries it is tedious. apparently the ratwell guide has quoted me wrong on pushrod length, yet they all urged me to re-read it and go by that as the book. now i have done that, its not right still.

Have you now got steel or ally pushrods ?

    What's your engine code ?

It's a dg 1.9 and don't know the material just know they are 270mm long and 9mm diameter. Over on 8090 three people reckon that is correct for hydraulic lifters despite what ratwell says.

If the engine is good, sell the van, keep engine, buy mine and put your engine in mine.
