Strange

Went to Wicks earlier and as I was queuing to get in I noticed white smoke coming from my exhaust, I revved up to make sure it was coming from my bus which it was, I went shopping came out after no more than 5 minutes started the bus no smoke and it hasn't done it since, the oil level is ok and it's running ok ?????

 

Forget and move on, thats what I do

Up date just gone out and started her up and still no smoke

 

I had the exact same thing the other day while letting it run during its weekly warm up.

Barry, chill, it's air cooled, you don't have a coolant leak

Dunno, on a water cooled car it could be impending demise of the head gasket, I nearly wrote end giblet there, would that have been funny? Perhaps not? Anyway...

Moisture burning off, caused by condensation? Oil on the heat exchangers? Oil getting past the valve stem seals and burning off. Have you been parked on a slope, at an angle?

 

I drive my bus most days so its not parked up for long, ***** it if it dies it dies

 

Condensation?

Just keep an eye on your oil level.

Baz has suffered from strange exhaust gases in the past, but they were usually after a vindaloo. First time for white smoke...

 

Drink more beer. You won’t care about the bus then. Easy cheap fix.
