Simple (hopefully) Lowering Question

  1. Hi,

Please can someone tell me roughly the difference X that adjusting the following - either up or down - will make to the ride height, approximately.

    Front

Beam Adjusters - adjusting by 1 spline (up or down) = Xcm of height adjustment

    Rear

Outer spline - Moving plates 1 spline (up or down) = Xcm of height adjustment

Inner spline - Moving torsion arm around (clockwise or anti clockwise) = Xcm of adjustment

    Thanks

  2. The front I've never measured.... but the rear is easy when you have a chart ;)

  3. Cheers Paul.

Just need the data for the front now.

  4. hiya,

On my adjusters, each notch on the adjuster = 1/2 inch drop (13mm).

Different make adjusters may differ slightly, but that should give u an idea.

  5. Cheers Grub.

My adjusters are Creative Engineering ones, they look pretty chunky.

  6. not sure what make mine are as they were on the bus when I got it.

Pretty straightforward job, just have to take a bit of weight off the suspension so you can move the adjuster freely.
