Hello there back again how do I get the glass out of my doors . got the door of the van and on the work table all door card and other thing removed but cannot get the glass out Thanks for any help. Simon
you need to take the 1/4 light out first, then you can get the window glass out of the door, as it has to come out through the top of the door
...and to remove the quarter light, you'll have to take the winder mech out first, as it traps the qlight upright. Haynes maintain you can get the glass out without removing everything else, but I've never managed it. I assume they had special bendy rubber glass
Mr Haynes talks out of his arse quite often you might manage it, if you pull the felt channels and the lifter bracket off the bottom of the glass....
