That is exactly what a retired bloke proudly whisked the cover off when I was visiting his neighbour once in Spain ... He was petrified of the strong sun ruining the paintwork
PS my recent experience puts quite a low value on "BMW service".

Nice work but should have replaced it with an Induction hob. Far cleaner all round.

 

Meet....'the wobble box'..... the wife has bent my ear for years wanting more room when camping....so I gave in....


....but I've told her the Bay is staying too and for now she's letting me have my way.



Bit more space within to be fair.





I can't wait to use the loo after a load of beer and a curry whilst the wife tries to sleep nearby.

The bronze coloured car on the left of the photo looks like a very tidy 64-65 Ford Falcon, hopefully a 289

Not heard of the magnetic thing.
Just use induction friendly stuff.
Saucepans re OK but frying pans can warp.
Make sure that you get the best available.
Needs to be ferrous in someway.
Surface scratches are an unfortunate downside.

 

No scratches here ... Think the glass quality varies quite a bit from make to make.... More importantly (sorry, said this before) induction a no no if there are going to be pacemakers in close proximity

 

Ah, a bit of magnetic flim flam ..... Whatever happened to good old greasy digit prints on the glass?

 

But that's half the fun of them
