  7. Osb at the bottom, then alutrix 600 as the VCL, 125mm insulation, then osb on top with thermally broken fixings (plastic purple things) then the epdm, went with 1.5mm instead of 1.2mm as it was only a few quid more per sq/m. Flipping heavy to get it onto the roof

    Took a drive to fill up with free spring water. Natural/still is free. You have to pay 5cent a litre for sparkling. [​IMG]

  14. No, it's a warm roof and fully sealed. No need for ventilation.

    I was admiring my father in law's tool the other day. I told him that it looked lovely, small and compact, but well made. Certainly it would be useful to get in nooks and crannies that would otherwise be inaccessible. Plus the knurling would make it easy to use one-handed



    Lovely chap, he bought me one
