my self an addrian went out to his and done the last of the masking , then put the camper out side first time it was out since oct last year , looks great out side in the sun , mini now finish primed and will be flatten to night ready for here colur coat owen nw and fee

 

You haven't wasted any time on the mini fella, quality work as always

Lotus colours on the van It needs some yellow stripes on there somewhere, then you'll never be invisible!

tahatia blue , one of 500 made , painted to day owen nw

 

adrian got the engine lid prepped after i bare metaled it , and gave the whole car a coat of build up blue close to the finish colour , when it was dryed we flattened it all down with 800 wet dry , couple of bits went to the primer so we dusted again with a dropp of build up followed with a couple of coats of top colour , as adrian painted i came behing him making sure he did nt miss anything and keeping the air line away from the body , it was my turn lol , followed with a couple of coats of 2k clear laquer , my repairs and filling where perfect , lol owen nw and fee

and only one wee runn in the laquer which will block out , a very happy owen nw and fee

went out to day a nd rubbed the petrol tank down with scotch bright , and sprayed a couple of coats of 2k black with a dropp of rocket in it so it would dry very fast , adrian has painted the floors and boot and started filen out the shape for the side indicators , put on some bits what a difference , will have to flatten with 2000 wet dry as some airborn dust in the laquer , but what the hell lol owen nw

looking excellent with the colour on, its up to your usual great standards 8)

 

yes diddy where well pleased with the work so far , can t wait te let the original owner see it done , he said it was fitt for the scrpp yard how wrong was he . HE runns a car sales buiness , and left the car in a pro garage to be done , well you can see the difference in the pro s work compared to 2 amatures who take pride in there work , cheers owen nw
