went yesterday and got the last of the bits i need to complete the bus , all in great nick one white cover needs 2 tears repaired so i ve left them in for that and ordered some padding materila to do the side of the van where the bunks go , the hold down brackets are a bit tired so i ve sent them and the bunk brackets away with wiper arms to be blasted ,also got a good glove box liner as well so near so far owen nw bunks in graet nick liner with all the fixtures in it for safe keeping

not done much on the van front ,need to apply for the mot but i have started this , to keep me busy , owen nw not a vw but will keep ye interested my self and adrian bought a mini tahatia 1 of 500 made very well finished indeed , was damaged at the front pulled panelled then left for 4 years , he then left out side with the bonnett of and air box of so the engine fiiled with water , so is now out and away to be rebuilt , while i do the welding , the body shopp put on 2 new genuine wings front panel and scuttle panel , made a graet job of it , pity the next man didint do his job right , so now i am doing it up and cutting out the other man dodgey work owen nw
out with the rot rear valance of with its rolled up card board and my newly made up repair panel this goes through the lip of the rear panel and boot floor and rear valance
Are the inner sills solid owen? Every mini ive owned the inner sills have rotted out first well the sills and the battery box lol
