you could always insist that for the duration of their stay, they observe the strict house rule whereby occupants must undertake two hours of intensive Pilates at 4 AM, before a hearty breakfast of prunes and spirulina....if you can hack it for the week, I doubt very much they'd revisit.....plan for the future....a little discomfort now, can mean all the difference in the greater scheme of things
