I will when ive only got little jobs to do on the bus and ive done the welding needed I went out one day to fit new dampers to it and the suspension turrets were rotten so i had to remove the wings I welded two new suspension turrets on and found the outriggers were mostly made of stuck on plate and sealent So i removed the bulkhead to repair those and found the bulkead foot wells were rotten and stuck on plate again I then realised the battery box was rotten so the seat tubs came out Money and time got short i was *******ed off with it so i cobbled it back together and stuck it in a corner and started back with the bus
Cut your losses Para - it's a good feeling to unload this sort of stuff even if you do loose and yes even if it's your gran's inheritance. Call your grans money the bus - I'm sure she'd be chuffed with that. I wasted about £7K on my first bus, lost heart and my temper, realised it would never be nice no matter how much I spent on it and sold it for £750. Pretty bad eh? Well, armed with knowledge gained from this minger I got a perfect all original Westy for £1500. It should have been £5K at the time, it was like new. In the end I didn't loose so much and I didn't have to look at my massive mistake anymore. Out of sight and quickly out of mind.
