    What makes you think that, it won’t change the vehicle age, which historic vehicles is based on.

    It certainly may mean you need a MOT and can’t exempt yourself from that but let’s not get into that, it’s too boring.

    Yeah, I’m not sure why they don’t get something like this done. If it was me selling these I’d want to know these are safe.

    No matter what get out of clauses you have on T’s & C’s if it can be proven to be a direct result of a accident or worse, death, then the directors of a business can be prosecuted, most likely for manslaughter.

    there’s no actual rules as such for making stuff like this , it’s weird but the phrase looks good is almost how it stands in law, you have to be proven to be negligent which isn’t the same as something being rubbish, however as there’s been no accidents that I’ve heard of that have been attributed to the beam it’s now technically proven as suitable

    TBH I have heard of more stock ball joints snapping after being badly installed (not lined up with marks) than any other failures.
