  1. Just checked when i bought mine, it was march 2015 and it was 31.99 a bargain even then tbh.

i am now going to buy some more while the price is 19.99

  3. Yeah seen then but they stick up ALOT. I got slimline flexi panels so they were lighter and less obvious when roof is down. I was happy taking the hit in efficiency for that reason

  4. worth having a chat with the suppliers as there might be some intumescent silicone you could use instead of drilling/bolting...

  5. I already have some tiger seal which is what SolarGuruHuw (the guy i got the stuff from) recommended to use. i will still have to drill holes for the cables. i just like the idea of a mechanical fixing as well as the glue. belt and braces!!

  6. I know it's not pretty, but can you not feed the cable through the engine vents?

  7. I can but its not pretty and actually looks very carp

    Tuesday wildchild I'm a circle!

But a panel works better the cooler it is so a gap underneath allows cooling.

  9. Yep agreed, there will be a partial gap due to the ribs on the westy top

    Oi, I resemble that remark!
How are you going to do it then?

  12. Well yeah but that was a temporary install, I wouldn't do it as a permanent thing is what I meant
