For sale!
Genuine complete Porsche 914 engine.
W code 80bhp as standard turns but could probably do with a rebuild. £500 as a long block with dizzy etc.... £700 complete with Fule injection system 914 tin etc...
Will fit a Late bay with very little work.

Yes I followed those , would love a 356 but ain't never going to happen so

 

I have one which may be for sale if I can get the gearbox sorted out.

 

Going on the tin, and the fan boot, the engine is out of a 411/412...

VW exhaust too, as 914 exhausts go the other way, as the engine is mid mounted!!


But it is the same as used in the 914, just the tin is different!!

 

Depends where the engine number is , 914 's towards the flywheel ....I did think 412 but dipstick is right ?

 

Dipstick will be the same as a 914...

411/412 engines live underneath an access panel, so they have some differences to the type 4 that is fitted to a bay
