  2. Nope thats the front and the PO did the front not the PPO. Not got round to that bit yet to take pics

  3. Anyway this thread isnt solely about whats wrong with the van and moaning about people who bodge work (at no point have i personally mentioned the PO apart from where the lights came from after someone asked) its about what were doing to rectify it and the problems were coming across and how were dealing with it to make a decent van out of it. This is what the resto part of the forum is for yeh?

  6. He had to extend the front panel on the edges so the doors fit.

  7. I know ,if he had done the filler on the front he would not be stupid enough to take a photo...;)

  8. Very true, I think people just like a good mystery!!

More of the same and finished the drivers side down to the repair welds which are being cut out, just need to sand it down to smooth or bare metal

Started on the drivers side today from the rear corner, need to buy a replacement panel for the More welding money :(
The passenger side rear corner was held on by 2cm or more of filler and no weld! Haha

  16. Have you tried the wire brush that goes on a grinder ,there will be a cloud of dust, but they are effective...

it would have taken longer to put all that filler on than it would have been to replace the panels properly
