If Oscar has a conscience , may be he doesn't and no one will ever fully know either way . It will haunt him till his dying day, 5 years 10 years 20 in the nick what ever any one thinks he deserves , but if he has a conscience that's the killer

if it's a miscarriage of justice, then so be it. Would like to know how 'significant inconsistencies' in the victim's 'lifestyle' dictate whether someone has forced somebody into having sex...or is this just another arrogant rich boy saying 'she asked for it'? Who knows? Remains to be seen...I'll retract my statement if the evidence is conclusive...it's true to say there are those who seek to ensnare others for blackmail or other personal gain...but if it turns out that these ' inconsistencies in lifestyle' add up to no more than a bunch of people saying she liked having sex/drugs/whatever....that's still no excuse for rape.
