    I have a air rattle gun
    Had it on 6.5 bar still won't shift it.

    So whats the best way to bend the stud back without snapping it?

    Unscrew it, buy a new one. And in the order, add a Torque Meister. Job done.

    Unless its so bent it wont go round, in which case put a block of wood against it and knock it straighter then remove it with a pair of lock nuts as above.

    It wont snap unless you bend it back and forwards many times. They are fairly ductile steel.

    Certainly don't bend or knock it back in situ for fear of snapping the alloy . Wind it out and straighten it out in a vice with a bit of heat if you have it .
    Make sure it is mega straight before you replace, other wise it will be awkward marrying up .

    You could of coarse get a new one made up threaded up and all that . Or there is always Davidoft who my have a drawer full .

    Unscrew it, move along the bench a couple of feet and straighten it in the vice – or buy a new one.:thumbsup:

    Looked everywhere for a Torque Meister
    But can't find one in stock
    Jk says back order heritage says 1 week.
