Still not done new door it will have to wait for a year or so but its painted in

 

Got lots to do when it comes home
fit out new inside
fit bumpers
fit towbar
all new window rubbers coming tomorrow
paint inside door shuts
new flooring
i may have to work lots of hours on it,

 

started new unit today ready for when the van comes back

 

i think you will be too smart n posh for spring camp now ken

 

i still do not know if im goingwill not be posh against your van

 

my van is not posh ken , i just do photo shop , my bus is abused n used i can assure you

 

still looks great to me

 

i am so bored now waiting to fit it out when i get it back poss sat

just been informed not coming home sat possibly following week as he is spraying it this weeknot much change

I took some tonight when I took the new deformation panel over but they're not on my iPad yet.
He's only had the van since late Sunday and he's removed the deformation panel. Repaired the panel behind that with stainless steel. Cut out both rear valance panels, repaired and prepped the edges and cut and fitted the new panels ready for welding tomorrow. He's cut out the rear arch and repaired some dodgy areas between that and the jacking point with stainless steel. Repaired a bit underneath the battery tray. He's asked me to get a new inner arch for the rear as it will take him longer to shape all the curves at the bottom edges. So £100 yesterday for a deformation panel another £100 tomorrow for an inner arch, at this rate I might have to get a proper job.

 

Best you come and fit some kitchens £30 per day

 

That'd mean I'd be getting more than your other employees. That doesn't seem fair.

 

As promised here's some photo's of where the guy's got to so far. He also has a complete paint booth in the same building.
