looks awesome. now coming to the end of the renovation of the house we just bought had loads of nasty suprises just like a camper resto, cant wait to get moved in. but dont forget to take your timescale and budget and double them

Sorry L.I.F but the chimney may be coming down. It has a bad lean and seems unsafe.

I know what you are saying Dog, things always take longer and cost a lot more than they initially seem.
Time is the one thing we have, cash on the other hand

 

same here, we've done ours all ourselves, completely gutted the house, built an extension and started again. just been paying out all our spare cash each month on materials and tools as and when we can afford them. got the carpet fitters coming on thursday. then all i've got left to do upstairs is fit the doors and we'll start moving in!

 

Looks great and that flooring is stunning!!
