here is our new house, weve had our offer accepted, so we start the long wait now for the solicitors etc.

there is loads needs doing to it, but we are up for the challenge. After not wanting a bungalow, or a semi-detatched, we ended up with this.

That looks great - the drive and garage would have swung it for me as well! is the garage gonna have a pit ..... and a games room upstairs

Wish we could get something like that, but round here a 3 bed semi is 250K+ and something like that bungalow with potential would be 300K - 350K

 

What a lovely house ,you could fit a few vans up that drive and maybe a few on the front garden

Very nice, I wish we could get an offer on our place so we can move without taking a mortgage.
We've made an offer on a couple of acres which is still being haggled over they come down a $1000 & we go up $500, but as it's been for sale for over 12 months I hope we win )
