  1. I can't remember the exact date but I'm hoping it's Chuck Berry with My Ding-a-ling rather than Gilbert O'Sullivan.

  8. in the Uk it was "first cut is the deepest/killing of Georgie" by Rod Stewart. I had a look for a YouTube but they are all recent versions with Rod looking like a sweaty pensioner in a fright wig. date on the M plate is 15th June 1977 by the way. in the USA it was "I'm your boogie man" by KC & the Sunshine band. one week later I would have had Dreams by Fleetwood Mac and three weeks earlier would have been Sir Duke by Stevie Wonder. never mind eh!
