No dogs allowed.

Spent the half term on hol in Cornwall ,Porthtowen. mrs,kids and dog. really dog friendly place, pubs no problem,Minnack theatre cool, late October all beaches open to dogs. Turo surf shops no worries ,even TK Max said oh bring your dog in..But the Animal shop..you know lifestyle shop surf stuff etc ...er sorry we dont allow dogs..eh

 

That's got me in cornwall last time I was down on a break... stood outside a shop waiting on the other half, and an assistant sticks their head out the door and says it's ok for me to bring my 40kg Dobermann in the shop

I was like

 

Well if you had hair/fur allergies would you wish to go in a clothes shop try something or buy something and end up with a puffy eyes and a snotty nose from the sneezing. I don't have allergies but I still don't bloody dog hair/fur all over me new shorts and t shirts.

 

why would i want to try clothes on my dog. he is happy with the coat he has...

 

Mine isn't... he loves to hug the fire

He's my first Dobie... but I've always wanted one!!

 

I had a Doberman called Prince, he was a really nice dog, great with kids till he bit my M8's 4 year old boy on the head, only 1 bite he needed 50 stitches. He had to be put down after that, I was gutted for all sorts of reasons. Was never ever aggressive apart from that once.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying their all like that, 99% are probably great.

 

here's my gorgeous man...

he was so gentle, used to find hedge hogs, bring them to the front door really softly, and lie down with them and watch them, he'd let them walk off to a certain distance and then bring them back... he was so lovely xxx :'( xxx

i plan to get a dog in a few years time .... not just yet - but long term would like one

 

wetherspoons dont allow dogs and they have no signs telling you that, I found out after I had bought my drink, wont be going back there again.

 

aw great to see some doggy people, they really are your mates when your feeling down or just fancy a walk. ours goes everywhere with us..

 

This is rocket. Found him by the side of the road two years ago! A great pal. this is at newgale beach a couple of weekends ago.
