I’m guessing with that fence and paving , that it looks like pedestrian access only to the house. There are some real Herberts in the building trades nowadays from the planning all the way up through. If I’d seen the plans to this as a builder, I’d have said don’t be a see you next Tuesday, I’d look like a right Henry (Winkler) building that. You might have to get some other Burke in for this one as I won’t put my name to that Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,, wouldn’t have gone near it
That’s just the terrace of show houses They remove all the fences and lay block paving at the front , and replace with cheap panels up the sides and back, I suppose it’s to make it look like it’s more spacious than it is . I remember when we moved into a new wimpey house our cat used to go in the show homes and sleep on the plush furnishings
