Suspect the garage doors are on to satisfy a planning condition. Job number 1 for residents would be to remove the door and replace it with a window adding 1000s to the value. Abysmal though isn’t it. It’s an integrated garden shed.

Wasn't sure at first if it was the showhouse but it would entail a lot of work to get the drive in.

 

That's going to create tension with the neighbours when it comes to cutting the lawn.

 

Putting the drive in wouldn't be too difficult but there's probably some restriction or by-law meaning you can't remove the metal fence

 

Barnsley folk have more sense. Was it in the Winchester Gazette?
