  4. Lol nah - Actually, thinking about it, Daleks could bring a whole new dimension to porn

Thinking again, I'm pretty sure it will already have been done.

... I really need to get off the sofa and go out into the rain and continue work on Wiggie.

Same here, I think I watched a bit of one when Jon pertwee was in it about 35 years ago, a bit of one when David tennant who's a great actor was in it and a bit of the last one in the last series, It's proper rubbish and always has been, no one knows what's going on and people who say they really like it are nerdy  and want to be part of some weird doctor club cult thingy :hattip:

  14. Am with @marowak - thought story and script were crap, but really liked Capaldi as the doctor - so looking forward to good things to come if they can sort their scripts out!

  15. Yes I think Capaldi is a great choice and I'll probably keep watching just to see him, even though I haven't got a clue what's going on!

Hopefully he continues to get good reviews. I was worried an older doctor would be a turn off to some younger viewers. Seeing him with the young female sidekick reminds me of Roger Moore in A View to a Kill :D

  16. As opposed to some weird VW van club thingy?

i'm 46 and remember a few pertwee ones "live" but tom baker was mostly "my" doctor, never watched him "live" religiously as a kid until i was about 11 once peter davidson took over i watched every episode as broadcast and once i could afford to i started buying all the videos and retro watched every available episode, the reeboot era has been good i liked christopher eccleston and tennant was awesome, matt smith had moments i enjoyed but he wasn't my favourite

  20. I'm with Marowak and Peasoup. The plot was the usual first episode for a new Doctor, fairly bland, unimportant story used as background to introducing the new Doctor.

I liked Capaldi and reckon he's got potential to be really really good (can't be worse than Matt Smith).
