Yep, 1960, 190b, 30 years in a barn.

 

They are those 14" 2 piece Dunlop wheels fitted, with different offsets, to the MGB GT V8 and the Reliant Scimitar. The centres are aluminium alloy and the rims are, or were, chromed steel and they are riveted together. Unfortunately they corrode badly and there's no-one currently splitting them to restore them properly.

 

This is an interesting one… sadly never made it to production though…

I have an acquaintance who could identify it from the wipers alone.

 

Not quite, although the body does look to be type 4 esq… coupled with something else related to VW…

 

VW EA 128 prototype with a Porsche flat 6 engine....pity it didn't get into production.
