I have NEVER laid a finger on anything from apple and have no wish to as I like to chose what I want to use on my own equipment not be dictated to.

Off topic slightly but I have a Mac (very sun bleached now) from 1983 - twin floppy job and booted up perfectly the last time I checked. However I do have a Windows 8 tablet a WIndows 7 laptop and an iPad and am confortable on both Mac and WIndows platforms.
