I often check them, but noticed recently they never have what I want so yeah, looks like their credit ran out and no doubt gone into liquidation. I expect they are regretting trying to hang on right now. More or less a one man band?
I placed a few orders with them but when their policy changed - ie - not speaking to customers directly on the telephone I took my business elsewhere , only a few hundred quid but I may be one of hundreds. No sympathy I'm afraid, that's just a bad policy decision and as a sidenote , last order I placed contained the terrible silicone rocker gaskets . When I pointed out (via email) how useless these were I received a single line answer saying no-one else had any issues..... yeah right !! Bye .... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
It may not necessarily be a financial issue. It could be health related and they just felt they couldn't carry on?
I would have thought they would honour existing orders in that case, rather than punt their poor unfortunate customers off to their CC company.
I died today when all the smoke came out my exhaust, but I still covered my other jobs I had booked in
@Faust Enough to empty the sump after 15 minutes of town driving I saw the pressure guage messing around so pulled over into a sidestreet just as i saw the light of doom flash . Luckily i had cork gaskets and oil on board - that was the RH side . Couple of days later , thinking along the lines of `me just being a cock` , i gave it a run up the M3 but after about a mile or so i spotted a haze in the mirror so pulled over - LH side had failed . Closer inspection showed the gasket had expanded and pushed out of the gap on the top of the rocker cover lip . I too thought they were a great idea but the reality is they`re utter tosh and everyone on here whose fitted them have had the same issues - DO NOT BUY SILICONE ROCKER COVER SEALS !!
