This is getting harder and harder for me to visualize the more you discuss it, but,... If I understand correctly, wouldn't it be better to cover the slot with a well-done vent rather than using the cut-out? The condenser needs ventilation for proper cooling anyway. Look up stamped sheet metal panels for some tasteful vent ideas.
yep a vent was the other idea. the only problem is I will be cutting the side panel all the way from the front so need a cleaver way of disguising it. tbh the slot wont be that big as it is just the pipe that needs feeding through it. I will try and do some pics later
Would it be possible to remove the worktop and cut the slot down from the top? That way the slot would be at the back and the fronts would remain untouched, the worktop would cover the top of the slot.
So what's happening? I can't wait to see it! Is it in? How does it look? I'm dyin' over here. It's been nearly a week. I simply don't have this sort of patience.
Royal mail has issued a statement that if the unpaid postage isn't forth coming he'll be kept as the entertainment at the office Xmas party.
I am away on a pretty heavy going course for leadership and management so it will be a week or so at least.
Your on a leadership and management course and can't decide how long your gonna be. Doesn't look good from here.
Still not got this management thingy have you, you need to blame an underling in ever statement about failure but take full credit for anyone's success.
So here is how I mounted it temporarily for last weekend. I think I will pretty much keep it this way but build a cupboard around it, should give us a fair sized extra cupboard for clothes and stuff. The cupboard will be flush height with the top of the fridge and probably covered with westy plaid so it is comfy for the passengers. And will be reassuringly expensive as it will be westy plaid!!!
