Over the last few years i have noticed litter everywhere , side of motorways , countryside ,on estates , in the towns whats goin on it seems to be gettin worse , it used to be a crime
scabby scum bags who can't wait to find a bin versus government cut-backs. We should have litter police with long sticks to beat people over the head if they litter
I thought this was a Marvin Gaye related thread for a sec.... You are right though, even if I find it hearteneing to go to the recycling center and see how busy it is. There are still those who just don't care sadly...I'd taser anyone dropping litter.
I despise people who chuck rubbish outta cars, especially fag butts when I am behind on my motorbike. Our car is a tip as we dont chuck anything out of our window. We just leave it in the car till we get fed up with the mess and then put it in our bins etc. We, I say we but actually mean Sam my wife, recycles absolutely everything. She even takes all the old papers home from her work to recycle them. If I leave MCN lying about its in the recycle bin faster than i can shake a stick at.
Council cut their budgets. It costs money for councils to provide and service litter bins - simple solution, don't provide any. It costs councils to have someone sweep the streets - sack him, but employ someone who can fine people dropping litter - see step one on the options offered to someone with any litter they might have that they need to dispose of. Remember this when these dull s0ds go on strike to prevent job cuts and pension rights - they are happy to shaft us when it suits them.
i once chased a man and his dog after he left a poop out the back of my house i was painting the fence and saw him when i caught up with him he said he didnt have a poopy bag so i made him get one and go clear it up LOL!!!!!! go me!
my car is a tip and i put it in a bin. guilty of chucking fag butts out of window though (sorry) if camping i have a little ashtray or i go over camp area and pick them up. most mornings camping i have a quick tidy up
i was in town the other day brought a can of drinks and chips and ate as i walked round town when finished i went to put into a bin and walked completely round town looking for one whilst shopping was not one in site i asked a kind lady if i could put in her shop bin she told me the local council removed the bins as cost to much money to maintain what is that about
